Ballincollig Tidy Towns continued its preparations for the 2026 Communities in Bloom International Challenge, highlighting the importance of landscape design, maintenance, and biodiversity in creating attractive public spaces. Volunteers carried out litter picking, sign cleaning, grass cutting, weeding, composting, and recycling projects across the town, while new utility box murals added colour and character to Ballincollig’s streetscape.
