Ballincollig Tidy Towns had another productive week, with 30 volunteers taking part in the Sunday litter pick and preparations continuing for the Communities in Bloom 2026 judging. Volunteers carried out clean-ups across the town, unveiled a new pollinator-themed mural on Bakers Street, supported the Darkness Into Light event, welcomed visiting students from France, and continued enhancement works on public spaces, biodiversity projects and floral displays.
