Ballincollig Tidy Towns continued its summer programme with 24 volunteers taking part in the weekly litter pick and a wide range of maintenance projects across the town. Volunteers carried out hedge cutting, kerb cleaning, invasive species removal, biodiversity work and footpath improvements at locations including Muskerry Estate, Willowfield, Community Drive and the Link Road. The team also continued its Himalayan balsam removal project in the Regional Park and maintained floral displays, helping keep Ballincollig looking its best throughout the summer.
